Software Upgrade May 21 Will Impact Access To Neighborhood And Amp, Development Services Customer Self-Service Portal
No inspection requests or new applications will be taken that day. Full Service is expected to be restored by May 22.

Beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 21, applications for permits and plans related to Construction, Rental Housing and online record searches will be inaccessible as a software upgrade is made. No inspection requests or new applications will be taken that day. Full Service is expected to be restored by Saturday, May 22.

The following online services will be temporarily impacted:
All Building, Construction Runoff, and Sign Permit applications and requests for inspections
- All Land Use Applications
- All Rental Housing Permit Applications
- All Liquor Licensing
- All Public Works Permits
Customers will still be able to access utility payment modules, documents and applications that are not processed through Neighborhood & Development Services.
