City Of New Orleans Provides Notice Of Use Of Fireworks For Film Production At Six Flags Site

The City of New Orleans today announced that The Park Production will be filming scenes at the Six Flags site in New Orleans East on Friday, April 16.

Some of the filming activity will include the use of fireworks from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. The New Orleans Fire Department will be at the site to help facilitate filming to ensure the overall safety of the crew, surrounding residents and businesses. In addition, a medic and a special effects technician will be present.

Film New Orleans in the Mayor's Office of Cultural Economy assists production with City permits, connects productions with local crews and resources, and facilitates communication between productions and the local community.
