City Of Portland: New Project - 803R Forest Avenue

To residents and property owners: Avenue Auto Co., LLC has submitted a Conditional Use application to facilitate the siting of a 5,300 square foot auto dealership and showroom within an existing building at 803R Forest Avenue. The subject property is 17,409 square feet in size and is zoned B-2 Community Business.  In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Conditional Use application must be sent to property owners within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). You will be notified of future Planning Board meetings by receiving notices from the Planning Division prior to any workshops or public hearings.
