Community Mental Health Forum
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! The Cumberland/North Yarmouth Mental Health Committee will be holding a community conversation with the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Maine on Tuesday, May 25th at 6pm. The event will be livestreamed on YouTube.
Greg Marley of NAMI Maine will be hosting the conversation aimed to help talk about the effects of the pandemic, understand grief, build resilience, and find local resources.
We hope you will join us for this important community conversation as we collectively strive to overcome the challenges of mental health so that no one ever has to face it alone again.

Community Partners
Our Community Partners are strong supporters of various areas of the school. Without them, our students would not have many of the wonderful opportunities and experiences that they receive.
Final Days of Fill A Bus, Fill A Belly
Donate to Greely PTO's annual food drive through Friday 5/21, and help unload and celebrate at the Cumberland Food Pantry on Saturday 5/22. Donations accepted 7am-6pm in bins at the bus (parked at the back of the GMS lot) and school entrances. See flyer for details. We appreciate your help to fill the bus and provide for local families in need.
Order Spring Greely Gear by May 23
The Spring Greely Gear sale is on at greelyptospringsale.itemorder.com/. Deadline to order is Sunday, May 23. Choose to have your order shipped or pick it up. Funds raised from this and all other Greely PTO fundraising efforts go directly toward supporting enrichment programs for all grade levels at MIW and GMS.

The deadline each week is Sunday. Any requests received after Sunday will be reviewed for possible submission in the following week's newsletter. All approved submissions will be posted on the district's website.
