Portland CARES Emergency Income Payment Program Has Ended
Applications that are unable to be funded will be placed on a wait list, should additional funding become available.

As of October 1,2020 the Portland CARES Emergency Income Payment Program has ended. Applications received through October 1st will be processed on a first come first serve basis until all funds have been distributed. Applications that are unable to be funded will be placed on a wait list, should additional funding become available. If additional funds are allocated to this program, we will publicly announce the program and details.
