Baltimore Hookah Club Shooting Leaves 7 Wounded Sunday Morning

Baltimore Police responded to a hookah club on the 200 block of Park Avenue early Sunday morning. Sven people had been shot.

BALTIMORE, MD — Seven people were shot early Sunday morning as they waited to get into a hookah club on the 200 block of Park Avenue. Police say that four people were sent to the hospital by ambulance while three others walked in.

Police say that the victims brought to the hospital by ambulance were a 20 year old man shot in the shoulder and hip, an 18 year old male shot in both legs, a 27 year old shot in the arm, and a 17 year old shot in the back and leg.

A 22 year old man who was shot in the finger, a 17 year old male shot in the arm, and an unidentified third male walked into the hospital.

It happened around 2 on Sunday morning.

Police say that people had been waiting in line to get into the lounge when a car pulled up and parked.

Two men got out. One had a rifle, one had a handgun.

The two approached the line, started firing, then returned to the car and fled.

Two other people were believed to be in the car.

The car was recovered in Cherry Hill.

The four people are still on the run.
