BALTIMORE, MD — The Baltimore Police Department was reportedly called to corral a couple of loose bulls Thursday afternoon in west Baltimore. After a little wrangling, the pair was contained and sent away in a trailer.

Police were called to the Penn North neighborhood for a report of loose bulls around 12:50 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, according to The Baltimore Sun. The couple of four-legged runaways ended up on the lawn of the Penn Square apartment building in the 2600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, the newspaper reported.

This is at least the third episode of escaped bulls running in west Baltimore in five years. All have occurred in June and July.

In June 2014, a steer jumped a fence from another Baltimore slaughterhouse and was fatally shot by police after trotting around near the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the University of Baltimore.
