Child Missing From Foster Home 15 Hours After Arriving: Police
Have you seen Jay'ontay? Baltimore police said he went missing Saturday afternoon and was wearing a yellow jacket with blue jeans.
BALTIMORE, MD — Authorities say a 10-year-old boy is missing from his foster home, less than 24 hours after he arrived there. Officials said he had expressed interest in visiting an aunt, who lives in Edmondson Village.
Jay’ontay Johnson was last seen around 1 p.m. Saturday at the home of his foster mother in the 2500 block of South Paca Street, according to police. She had walked behind the house, and he was in front of the home, police said. When she returned to the front, officials reported the child was gone.
According to his foster mother, Child Protective Services had dropped off the boy at 10 p.m. Friday, and he had expressed interest in seeing his aunt in the Edmondson Village area.

Jay’ontay Johnson is described as approximately 4 feet 8 inches tall and 115 pounds. He was wearing a yellow jacket and blue jeans when he was last seen, according to police.
