Edison Highway Bridge To Undergo Overnight Closures
The bridge will be closed to through traffic between Madison and Biddle Streets starting at 9 p.m. with detours in effect on certain dates.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that overnight closures of the Edison Highway Bridge are scheduled for bridge rehabilitation work.
On the following dates, the Edison Highway Bridge will be closed to through traffic between Madison and Biddle Streets starting at 9:00 p.m. with detours in effect, weather permitting. The bridge will remain closed until approximately 5:00 a.m. the following mornings:

- Monday, January 25, 2021 starting at 9:00 p.m. (inclement weather date will be Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 9:00 p.m.)
- Friday, January 29, 2021 starting at 9:00 p.m. (inclement weather date will be Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 9:00 p.m.)
Variable message and detour signs will be placed in the area to alert motorists of the overnight closures. Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
