BALTIMORE, MD — The end-of-group home on North Charles Street that housed the Elephant is for sale. It is listed for $1.9 million, a drop from its initial listing price of $2.9 million in January.

Built in 1870, the property in Mount Vernon features all new plumbing and wiring, according to the listing. It also has nine bedrooms, six bathrooms and unique architectural touches.

The Elephant opened in 2016 until the restaurant closed in March, according to The Baltimore Sun, which reported it used to house the Brass Elephant, a furniture store and the Musuem Restaurant & Lounge.
