Flooding Closes Ramps To I-83 North: Officials
BREAKING: Two ramps are shut down on Interstate 83 downtown due to flooding, according to transportation officials.

BALTIMORE, MD — Officials say traffic is being detoured for those trying to access part of Interstate 83 Friday morning due to flooding in Baltimore City.
The entrances to I-83 north are closed at President Street and Gay Street because of the water, the Baltimore Department of Transportation reported after 8 a.m.
Detours are in place, with drivers being rerouted onto Fallsway to the Madison Street ramp, officials said.
