Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer, Fuel Spill Closed I-95: Officials
Traffic was snarled on Interstate 95 in Baltimore Friday morning after a tractor-trailer jackknifed near Eastern Avenue.

BALTIMORE, MD — All lanes on Interstate 95 south were temporarily closed Friday morning due to a tractor-trailer crash prior to the Fort McHenry Tunnel. The crash occurred before 9:30 a.m., and the Maryland Transportation Authority reported all lanes had reopened after 11:30 a.m.
The tractor-trailer jackknifed near the exit for Eastern Avenue and was spilling fuel, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority. The Maryland Department of the Environment responded for cleanup, according to authorities.
During the process, officials said traffic was getting by to the right.

Before 11 a.m., the tractor-trailer was towed away, and after 11:30 a.m., officials said the road was clear.
