Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Snarled Traffic On I-95 In Baltimore
Traffic was impacted on Interstate 95 near Eastern Avenue, officials said.

BALTIMORE, MD — A jackknifed tractor-trailer snarled traffic on Interstate 95 north Monday morning for hours in Baltimore, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.
The crash occurred around 7:30 a.m., and the two right lanes and off-ramp were closed after 9 a.m. to allow for cleanup.
By 10:15 a.m., authorities said the lanes had reopened, and the crash had cleared.
