Artist Comacell Brown will paint a mural at Park Place this spring. His work will commemorate Carr's Beach, an Annapolis venue where Black musicians performed during segregation.

The National Harbor will open a drive-through dinosaur exhibit Thursday. The interactive display will be open through April 11.

2 MD Cities Among Happiest In America For 2021: List
