Missing In Maryland: 13 People Have Disappeared

More than a dozen people reported missing recently around Maryland have not yet been found. Can you help bring them home?

MARYLAND — Several people have been reported missing across Maryland in recent weeks, and they have not yet been found. We are hoping you can help bring them home. They range in age from 10 to 74. Seven of them are teens.

Do you have information about where they are? Call 911 or the police department listed with each individual.

Jay'ontay Johnson, 10, was last seen around 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the home of his foster mother in southwest Baltimore, according to police. She walked behind the house in the 2500 block of South Paca Street while he was in front; and when she returned to the front, he was gone. According to his foster mother, Child Protective Services had dropped off the boy at 10 p.m. Friday, and he had expressed interest in seeing his aunt in the Edmondson Village area. He is 4 feet 8 inches tall and 115 pounds. He was wearing a yellow jacket and blue jeans when he was last seen. Call the Baltimore Police Department's Missing Persons detectives at 443-984-7385.

Diana Combs, 16, has been missing from Silver Spring since Tuesday, Nov. 12. She was wearing a maroon sweater with blue leggings that had a white stripe on the sides and white sneakers as well as gold earrings. She is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall and 110 pounds. Emerson Pineda, 17, was last seen at his home in east Baltimore around 5 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, in the 600 block of Quail Street near Greektown. Pineda is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds and was last seen wearing a red t-shirt. Anyone who has seen Pineda or has information is asked to call Baltimore Police detectives at 410-396-2422.

Matthew McGehrin, 33, was reported missing Nov. 6 and was last seen Friday, Oct. 25. He disappeared from the 200 block of Colbert Street in Taneytown. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was said to be wearing gray sweatpants with a blue and gray hooded jacket, white tennis shoes and a baseball hat. Robert Whiting, 22, is missing from Essex. He disappeared Monday, Nov. 4. He was last seen wearing a blue-black jacket with gray sweats and black boots on Glenwood Road. Police said he was believed to be in an emotional crisis. Call the Essex precinct of the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-887-0220.

Katerin Ramos-Diaz, 16, was last seen in the Frederick area Monday, Nov. 4. She was wearing a pink wristwatch, light-blue long sleeved t-shirt and white Nike sneakers and had been carrying an unknown backpack. She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Call Detective Rowe of the Frederick County Sheriff's Office at 301-600-1046.

Patricia Allmond, 74, suffers from dementia and disappeared in southwest Baltimore on Halloween. She was last seen in the 4700 block of Frederick Avenue at 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. She was wearing a blue jacket, red sweater, black or blue pants and black dress shoes. She is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 200 pounds. Dayrin Yamileth Ramos-Espana, 16, was last seen at noon Thursday, Oct. 31, in the 2700 block of Kirkwood Place in Hyattsville. She is described as 4 feet 10 inches tall and about 90 pounds. Call the Hyattsville Police Department at 301-985-5060. Reference case number 19-3711.

Jaila Purvis, 16, was last seen Wednesday, Oct. 30, in north Baltimore in the 4300 block of Pimlico Road leaving home for school. She was wearing a yellow school shirt with a blue bow tie, black slacks and brown shoes. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. Keyri Guevara Hernandez, 14, has been missing since Monday, Oct. 28. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen in Silver Spring wearing a green shirt with jeans. Call the Montgomery County Police Department at 301-279-8000.
