Storm Plucks Trees From Baltimore Neighborhood

Residents of one neighborhood in northeast Baltimore said it looked like a tornado ripped through their street.

BALTIMORE, MD — When turning onto Chesley Avenue in northeast Baltimore, the trail of downed trees has some in the neighborhood wondering if this is more than just another summer storm.

“You could literally see what looked like a tornado went right up the street and just literally ripped all of the trees out of the ground,” resident Michael Sample said.
