BALTIMORE, MD — Traffic is congested on Interstate 95 south near Eastern Avenue Wednesday afternoon due to a jackknifed tractor-trailer.

The crash happened before 1:30 p.m. and has resulted in the closure of the left three lanes, according to authorities.

Before 2 p.m., traffic was getting by on the right.
