Freezing precipitation is causing icy road conditions, and the safest choice is to avoid travel today. We are treating roads with rock salt, but ice melting speed of rock salt becomes impractically slow at colder temperatures. Motorists are asked to stay off the roads! pic.twitter.com/xNyioHyojx
