Waverly Tattoo Co. Offers Brood X Cicada Tattoos

The artist at a north Baltimore tattoo shop says he has already made more than 100 cicada tattoos and has plenty of requests for more.

Tattoo artist Bill Stevenson says he has had some repeat customers who got cicada tattoos the last time the bugs were here in 2004 and have come back for another one. "We’re all thinking about change, and we’re all thinking about transformation," he said.
