Where To Find The Best Sports Bar In Maryland: Daily Meal

Whether you want to cheer on the Ravens or the Orioles, this watering hole is Maryland's best sports bar come game day, the Daily Meal says.

BALTIMORE, MD — With the Kansas City Chiefs trouncing the Tennessee Titans, and the Green Bay Packers facing the San Francisco 49ers today for the Super Bowl slots — pause to mourn the Baltimore Ravens' absence in the title game — football fans can still enjoy the big games at a top-notch watering hole. The Daily Meal has ranked its favorite spots in "The Best Sport Bar in Every State."

Maryland's entree on the list is Mother’s Federal Hill Grille in Baltimore, which has long been a place for Ravens fans to flock on game days.

Sports fans revel in watching the big game surrounded by fellow fans while enjoying an ice-cold drink and classic bar food, wrote Daily Meal editors. "There are plenty of breweries, bars and bottomless brunch spots that also happen to have TVs, but these are not those bars. These bars are all about sports from football to soccer to UFC fights. And along with stellar food, drinks, entertainment and staff, they have an atmosphere that ripples with energy on game day," The Daily Meal said.
