According to his previous family, Roscoe is housebroken and friendly with anyone including strangers that he meets, as well as older children. If you have another dog who is in need of a friend, Roscoe is always enthusiastic about making new friends.
Upon his arrival at Baltimore County Animal Services, the vet team at the shelter discovered that Roscoe has some allergies that can be managed with a special diet, so a family who can accommodate his dietary restrictions is a must.
