Disabled Catonsville Vet and Team Climbing Alaska's Denali

"Four good legs" between five climbers.

Catonsville resident and disabled Vietnam veteran Kirk Bauer has embarked on his second mountain climbing expedition with a team of other disabled vets -- this time taking on Denali in Alaska, the highest peak in North America.

Bauer, whose partner is Objects Found owner Reggie Sajauskas, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Kenya in 2010 with a group of veterans who also are amputees. Bauer has one leg amputated above the knee

This year's team includes five veterans who are all amputees. According to an announcement about the climb, there are "four good legs" between the five climbers.
