Roomstore is going out of business and 20 stores in Maryland and Virginia are liquidating their stores, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The company also posted on its website last week that the company was closing.

Roomstore has been in business for 20 years, according to the article in the Business Journal.

The store filed for bankrupty in December of 2011, according to a letter on the company's website.
