Catonsville Small Businesses Look to Share Office Space

If you're a small business that is too big for your home but too small to afford office space by yourself, you may be interested in sharing office space.

A group of Catonsville businesses, led by , is closing in on a deal for shared office space in downtown Catonsville.

The location the group is looking at is in the CCCS building at 757 Frederick Road at the intersection of Frederick Road and Mellor Avenue.

The suite is 2,100 square feet with four offices and a shared common area. Hillary Pennington, president of Strategic Victory Consulting, said the group hopes to move in by June.

The offices will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, but the businesses are looking for the office to work as a co-op with a shared common space and a possible receptionist.
