Catonsville Woman Among Four Charged in Lansdowne Burglary

K9 used to apprehend suspects who entered a vacant house on the 200 block of Clyde Ave. to "look around," according to police.

A Catonsville woman was among four people were charged with burglary on Oct. 27 after breaking into a house on the 200 block of Clyde Ave. in Landowne in order to "look around," according to a police report.

At 3:37 a.m., police K9 units were deployed to help apprehend the suspects in the house, the report said.

A bathroom door inside the house was destroyed, according to police.

Charged with destruction of property and fourth-degree burglary are Douglas Edward Cote, 25, of the 400 block of Woodcrest Dr. in Aberdeen; Lance Orlando Orr, 24, of the 2400 block of Falls Place Ct. in Falls Church, Va.; Sarah Khalife, 20, of the 600 block of Ponca St. in Baltimore; and Corinne Larue Seiberlich, 20, of the 600 block of Lucky Lead Ct. in Catonsville, according to the report.

According to court records, Orr previously lived on the 200 block of Clyde Street.

A trial date has been set for Feb. 28, 2013.
