Whether you're in town or out of town, all eyes are on Frederick Road as the festivities kick off for July 4th in Catonsville.
Patch will be walking the parade route, updating throughout the parade, which starts at 3 p.m. We'll also stop by the hot dog eating contest at 1:30 p.m.
