Kurt Delker (right) has stood with his American flag on the Frederick Road bridge above the Beltway for the past 18 years to remember the 3,000 people who were killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks on our nation.
The Northrop Grumman engineer and Catonsville resident said he will keep doing so for as long as he can so no one ever forgets.
"We must always keep the 9/11 victims in our hearts and we must always come together for our nation," he said.
