Paul Richard Scroggins Sr. (73)

Paul Richard Scroggins, the son of Helen Scroggins and the late Abraham Pinnacle, born February 23, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland died suddenly on September 11, 2020. Paul is survived by: his mother, Helen Scroggins; two sons, Paul Jr. and Marcus (Melvina); daughter, Nickole; sisters, TanyaBrown (Jerome); Mary Dowdy; and Charlene Ester (Cedric); brothers, Wayne Burgess (Lisa); Warren Burgess (Phyllis);Charles Burgess; George Felder (Geraldine); spiritual daughter, Shaina Brock; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Paul was preceded in death by his brother Michael Burgess.
