CROFTON, MD — Patch asked for addresses of the Clark Griswold of your neighborhood who puts up zillions of holiday lights and figures drawing visitors from surrounding areas, and some Crofton readers shared their handiwork.

Linda Crayle invites you to check out the lights on her home at 5561 Franklin Blvd. in Churchton. Her display is illuminated now through Jan. 5 from 7 p.m. to midnight. Her yard feature multiple Santa Claus, snowmen and animal figures.

And Brian Knudson at 1540 Crofton Parkway in Crofton tells us he's been celebrating the season with lights for 20 years. His yard display includes several animals, including what appears to be a seal in a nod to the waters. His lights are on from dusk until 2 a.m.

Also, we previously featured the bright lights of Kyle Farmer at 1714 Spring Green Ave. He's setting up his 15th year of holiday lights. The display will be up for viewing Dec. 15- 31 from dusk until 9 p.m., Farmer says.

Send us some photos and/or links to videos of your Christmas light display. Please include the following information:
- We prefer that the homeowner submit his or her own yard, or an immediate neighbor or close relative.
- Include the exact address of the lawn display.
- Let us know the dates and hours when your display will be available for viewing, so people aren't ringing your doorbell or bothering your neighbors in the middle of the night.
- Please don't submit a Christmas-decorated home you recall from five or ten years ago. That person may no longer be decorating their house and we don't want people wasting gas.
- Does your display have a name? Be sure to include it.
- Tell us about any special effects, such as singing trees, stuffed reindeer, live actors, etc.
- Does your display have a Facebook page or website? Be sure to include the links.
- Include a phone number (not for publication) in case Patch needs to contact you.
- We're going to assume that Patch has permission to use every photo that is submitted for this feature.
We do our best to verify each address. Don't be shy and share your creativity so the rest of us can enjoy it. Questions? Contact maryland@patch.com.
