Anne Arundel County Lacrosse Players Travel To England
Girls lacrosse players from across Anne Arundel County traveled to England to play against overseas counterparts and tour the region.

EDGEWATER, MD — Girls lacross players from Anne Arundel County had the opportunity to travel to England for a two-week tour of the country and to battle it out against overseas teams in the 24th annual Anne Arundel Cross Over Tour.
The U15 Anne Arundel County team included Morgan Scott (Severna Park HS), Maria Varnell (South River), Samantha Lavorini (Broadneck), Zoie Stanton (Northeaast), Asha Barkat (South River), Mary Moore (Broadneck), Lucy Beardmore (Spalding), Alexis Dupcak (Broadneck), Addie Piechowiak (Northeast), Mayjin Idleman (Chesapeake), Annika Standish (Spalding), Ella Reilly (Annapolis), Penelope Vermillion (South River), Katherine Wanner (South River), Megan Williams (Annapolis), Allison Cimaglia (Kent Island), Macey Scott (Severna Park), Samantha Sobolewski (Old Mill), Emma Boyd (Annapolis), Avery Barnhill (Indian Creek), Charlotte Astle (Garrison Forest), Molly Bunker (Indian Creek), Reagan Beall (South River), Rachael Zabko (Old Mill)
Next year, the Stockport MetroGirls will travel to Anne Arundel County to tour the U.S. while staying with host families and playing against local teams.
