Bank Robbed In Anne Arundel County: Police

An Anne Arundel County Bank was robbed last week, police said. Here's what we know so far.

EDGEWATER, MD — Police said an Edgewater bank was robbed on Nov. 23 around 9:30 a.m. The male suspect entered the TD Bank, located at 2 Lee Airpark Drive, and announced the robbery, an incident report noted. The teller complied and gave the robber an unknown amount of cash.

Officers added that the man implied that he had a gun, but he never showed one. Nobody was hurt during the robbery.

The suspect fled. Police searched the area with a K-9 team, but they could not find the man.
