Davidsonville Area Civic Association to Host Green Expo

The Davidsonville Area Civic Association, in partnership with local businesses, and environmental organizations, will host the Annual Green Expo to increase awareness about environmental issues, and highlight environmentally friendly products, services, and ideas. Join us Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 10am-2pm at Davidsonville Elementary School, 962 W Central Ave, Davidsonville MD to discover your local watershed group, learn about energy saving techniques, and hear about living more sustainably. Children’s activities, free reusable shopping bag and tree give-aways, Bay friendly lawn and landscape techniques, wildlife habitat shrubs and trees, rainbarrels(cash or check only), renewable energy(solar, geothermal and wind energy), recycling and energy efficiency and non toxic home products and will be featured. Secure Document shredding also available. Many items also for sale. Raffles, Food and Music and FREE ADMISSION! An affiliated poster contest will be judged at the Green Expo.
