More Snow, Sleet Expected in Edgewater Saturday

National weather service predicts a quarter to a half an inch of new precipitation Saturday.

For the third time this week, The National Weather Service is calling for wintry weather in the Edgewater and Davidsonville area.

Friday night will be clear, but cold, with low temperatures at around 30 degrees

On Saturday, snow is likely before 10 a.m. Rain, sleet and snow are expected between 10 a.m and 1 p.m., at which point the precipitation will switch over to all rain. Chance of precipitation Saturday is 100 percent, with new accumulations of a quarter and a half an inch possible. Highs Saturday will be around 36. 

The rain will continue into Saturday night, tapering off before midnight. Sunday will be partly Sunny with highs around 40 degrees.
