New grief support group will meet in southern Anne Arundel County

Chesapeake Life Center will offer a grief support group that is more convenient for residents of southern Anne Arundel and eastern Prince George’s counties.

A morning grief support group will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, March 16 to April 20, at Hospice of the Chesapeake’s Mandrin Inpatient Care Center, 3675 Solomons Island Road, Harwood. The facilitated six-week group is an opportunity to share with others while exploring coping strategies.

Chesapeake Life Center, a program service of Hospice of the Chesapeake, serves hospice family members and the community with bereavement services and activities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for those grieving the loss of a loved one.
