Plane Crashes Through Fence While Landing At Lee Airport
Neither of the two passenger of a small plane that crashed at Lee Airport were injured, the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said.
EDGEWATER, MD — Two people on-board a small plane that went through a fence while landing at the Lee Airport in Edgewater were not injured.
The plane left the runaway and crashed through the fence around 12:35 p.m., the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said on Twitter.
A small fuel leak from the plane after it landed at the Solomons Island Road airport was contained, the fire department said.
