This is a wonderful hands-on opportunity to learn how YOU can help improve our local waterways! Here are just a few benefits of installing an Edible Bayscape garden on your property:

  • Beautify your yard
  • Produce your own food
  • Recycle rain water
  • Reduce maintenance
  • Increase native habitat for pollinators

This Edible Bayscape installation is hosted by the Clear Creeks Project (CCKs). The CCKs project, coordinated by the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy, is a grant-funded, citizen-based initiative that helps answer a community desire to restore the water quality of the Middle River, Tidal Gunpowder, and Bird River watersheds. The project is also funded by: National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, Chesapeake Bay Trust, Baltimore County Maryland, Baltimore Gas & Electric, and Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
