Question: Where can I find jobs for those with felonies, or the lists of companies that hire ex felons?

It is almost impossible to find companies that make a point of hiring felons, but many will, especially if there are tax credits from states to encourage the practice. Also, there are many programs and organizations that specialize in helping those with criminal backgrounds to find employment, including organizations that work with employers to encourage them to hire ex felons. The list below is a good start toward finding an organization that will help you in your job search.

Goodwill Industries - Job Programs For People With Criminal Backgrounds - You might only think of Goodwill as retail stores selling used clothing and furniture, but the main mission of Goodwill Industries is to help people disadvantaged in some way to gain employment, including ex felons and others with a criminal record.
