It is almost impossible to find companies that make a point of hiring felons, but many will, especially if there are tax credits from states to encourage the practice. Also, there are many programs and organizations that specialize in helping those with criminal backgrounds to find employment, including organizations that work with employers to encourage them to hire ex felons.
