Mosquito Spraying In Laurel On Sunday At Dusk

LAUREL, MD - From the desk of the City of Laurel: The mosquito count in Laurel is high, so the Maryland Department of Agriculture has scheduled spraying here on Sunday, June 18, 2017 starting at dusk and continuing throughout the night, weather permitting.

The following areas are scheduled to be sprayed :

America Legion and the surrounding areas (Irving, Lafayette, Morten, etc.)

Van Dusen Road and the following communities off of Van Dusen:

• Arbory’s
• Cherrywood
• Wellingtons 3 and 4
• Wellingtons 5, 6 and 7

PLEASE NOTE: if you see the silver and black MDA truck with a sprayer on the back, go inside. The drivers cannot spray and treat your neighborhood if there are people out!
