Residences at Vantage Point Offers Four Webinars

Sessions feature housing and financing options for building a smart future

Residences at Vantage Point is hosting the Compass Webinar Series Jan. 28-Feb.9, free of charge to registrants. The four sessions on building a smart future include:

“The ins and out of retirement living options” is set for Jan. 28, 11 a.m. Presented by Vantage Point Marketing Director Patti Hutton, participants will learn about the unique opportunities provided by a Life Care Plan Community. Hutton is a 28-year veteran of educating seniors about the benefits of life care communities. She has consulted with over 50 communities across the country, assisting thousands of seniors and their families find the right solutions for themselves.

“The upside of downsizing” is set for Feb. 2, 3 p.m. The focus is on “smartsizing,”which can be a daunting undertaking without a plan and expert advice. The session includes strategies for selling your home in today’s market and tactics to stage it successfully. The speakers include Ryan Burns, founder of Stress Free Solutions, and his team members who will help participants simplify the entire transition process.

“The finances of senior living” is set for Feb.4, 11 a.m. Certified Financial Planner Jeremy Dvorak, a Chartered Advisor in Senior Living, and Michael Mooney, a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and managing partner at Pilot Financial Advisors, provide participants insights about managing their finances for retirement.

“Optimizing your estate plan” is scheduled Feb. 9, 3 p.m. Attorney and estate law specialist Mark Bobotek will guide participants through the morass of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, health care documents, Medicare and elder law to make a plan that will serve you and your loved ones.
