Vantage Point Features Alzheimer's Association Webinars

Warning signs, healthy living for brain and body, and holding conversations about dementia included

Residences at Vantage Point is featuring three webinars produced by the Alzheimer’s Association.

“10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s” is set for Sept. 29 and 30. It will include personal testimony from people with the disease.

“Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body” is set for Oct. 6 and 7. Research is shared about diet, nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement recommendations.

“Dementia Conversations” is scheduled Oct. 14 and 15. This workshop offers tips on how to have honest and caring conversations with family members about the challenging and uncomfortable topics of going to the doctor, deciding when to stop driving , and making legal and financial plans.
