What's Open, Closed For Thanksgiving In Laurel
What city services and offices are open and closed for Thanksgiving 2017?

LAUREL, MD - From the City of Laurel: ‘Tis the season to be thankful and with Thanksgiving approaching fast, Mayor Craig A. Moe has announced changes to the City of Laurel’s Offices and Refuse/Recycling schedules.
All City and Passport Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24, 2017.
Thursday’s and Friday’s recycling will be collected on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, and there will be NO refuse or leaf collections on Thursday or Friday. Refuse collection will resume its regular schedule on Monday,November 27, 2017, and there will be no change to Wednesday’s commercial refuse collection or Wednesday’s recycling collection.

Public Works will be adding a Residential Special Pickup and Yard Debris collection on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.
You can schedule a Residential Special Pickup and Yard Debris Pickup by either e-mailing Public Works at dpw@laurel.md.us, submitting your request through the My Laurel App or calling the Department of Public Works at 301-725-0088.
