SILVER SPRING, MD — The Montgomery County Council will be holding virtual webinar on Zoom with Democratic U.S. Sen. Ben Cardin on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

The elected officials will discuss issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on Maryland and Montgomery County.
