Two Men Shot In Silver Spring: Police Investigating Connection
The MOCO Police Department said they are trying to determine if the shootings of two men in Silver Spring on June 30 are connected.
SILVER SPRING, MD — Two men were shot and seriously injured in the early morning hours of June 20 in Silver Spring. The Montgomery County Police Department is trying to determine if the shooting are connected.
Police said they responded to calls around 2:30 a.m. and found a 40-year-old man in a parking lot on Lanier Drive with a gunshot wound, who told them he was shot during a robbery. Police say they found a 26-year-old man in a nearby home, also with a gunshot wound.
The MCPD is unsure if the shootings are related.
