Elderly Silver Spring Man Impregnates 12-Year-Old Girl: Report
An elderly Silver Spring man is accused of raping and impregnating a 12-year-old girl at his apartment, according to reports.
SILVER SPRING, MD — An elderly Silver Spring man is accused of routinely raping and impregnating a juvenile girl in his apartment, according to reports.
Fox 5 reports the accusations against Ovidio de Jesus Perez, 72, of the 100 block of Quebec Terrace.
Court documents said Perez regularly raped the 12-year-old girl at his apartment. The girl became pregnant and told police on Nov. 18, the last time she was raped by Perez.

Fox 5 did not report on the relationship between Perez and the victim in order to protect her identity.
Perez was charged with sexual abuse of a minor, second-degree rape and continuing course of conduct with a child.
