Fourth Man Arrested In White Oak Rape, Police Seek 1 More Suspect

Police arrested a fourth Montgomery County man accused of the gang rape​ of a 19-year-old woman at an apartment in White Oak.​

SILVER SPRING, MD — Police arrested a fourth Montgomery County man accused of the gang rape of a 19-year-old woman at an apartment in White Oak.

Five men allegedly raped a woman during a gathering at an apartment in the 1140 block of Lockwood Dr. on March 28.

Police arrested Mike Rolsky Antoine, 22, of White Oak and charged him with first-degree rape, second-degree rape and conspiracy to commit rape.

Three suspects were previously arrested on April 7. They are identified as Martin Moise Chery, 21, of White Oak; Jordan W. Cobbs, 20 of Silver Spring and Tombong S. Saidy, 18, of Wheaton.

"Detectives are still working to locate and confirm the identity of the remaining suspect," police said.

Police said the victim was playing dominoes with the men inside of an apartment and everyone was drinking.

The woman went into a bedroom to lie down at one point, she told police. She said that while she was in the bedroom, the five men entered the room.

Chery and Saidy forcibly raped the victim, followed by Cobb. After Cobb, the two unnamed suspects then simultaneously raped the victim police said. Antoine and a fifth suspect then simultaneously raped the victim, police said.

Cherry was charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape and first-degree assault. Cobbs was charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape and conspiracy to commit rape. Saidy was chaged with fist-degree rape, second-degree rape and conspiracy to commit rape.
