Senior Citizen Apartment Building Loses Heat in Freezing Temps
Lack of heat is a chronic problem for residents of The Charter House in Silver Spring, ABC 7/WJLA reported.

A senior citizen apartment building was without heat for much of the day on Wednesday, when temperatures outside struggled to top 15 degrees, ABC 7/WJLA reported.
It's not the first time this winter that residents of The Charter House, at 1316 Fenwick Ln., Silver Spring, were without heat. A couple of weeks ago, water pipes burst in the area and residents were without heat and running water. Lack of heat is a chronic problem for residents of The Charter House, ABC 7/WJLA reported.
One resident told the news station that "my heat has been out for two weeks and I have been using my stove, my oven."Â
