Silver Spring Native Injured In Lakers Summer League
Josh Hart, the Silver Spring native who recently signed with the Lakers, was forced to sit out Monday's game with a right ankle sprain.
SILVER SPRING, MD — Silver Spring native who recently signed with the Los Angeles Lakers, Josh Hart, suffered a right ankle sprain that sidelined him in Monday's win against the Sacramento Kings, according to reports.
During the Lakers' Las Vegas Summer League's second game, shooting guard Hart injured his right ankle, a Lakers blog Silver Screen & Roll reports. There's no word on when he will play again.
Hart, 22, was drafted 30th overall in the 2017 NBA Draft earlier this month, after playing four years of basketball at Villanova. The Utah Jazz picked Hart, and immediately traded to the Lakers.

Josh Hart with the James Harden-like fastbreak but lands awkwardly. Looks like a bad ankle/foot injury.
