Suspect Wanted For Sexual Assault Of Teen On Ride On Bus
Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old female on a Ride On bus.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old female on a Ride On bus. He then followed and assaulted her again once she got off in Silver Spring, Montgomery County Police said.
The teen reported the incident to a Montgomery County Public School Resource Officer assigned to Montgomery Blair High School on March 7.
She told the officer that she had been sexually assaulted by the suspect the previous afternoon. The first incident took place when she boarded a Ride On Bus. She was then sexually assaulted by him again after she exited the bus, police said.

Investigation by detectives determined the victim and suspect boarded the bus at about 3:35 p.m. March 6.
"During the bus ride, the suspect sat next to the victim and sexually assaulted her. The victim and the suspect exited the bus after a scheduled stop on Colesville Road near the intersection of Spring Street in Silver Spring," a police statement said. "After exiting the bus, the suspect followed the victim and then sexually assaulted her again in the 700 block of Sligo Avenue in Silver Spring."

The victim said the suspect stopped the assault and fled from the area when he heard someone approaching.
