Tell us about your business and its history in your town.
For over 70 years, Royal Jewelers has been ingrained in the Andover community. We hold ourselves to a high standard, living by the words of our late father,"The people who shop at Royal Jewelers are more valuable than the jewelry we offer." We are honored to bring the most desired jewelry and watch brands to Andover. We continue to support the community and proud to call Andover our home.

How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?
The shutdown was a shock to all of us. Royal has never been closed for more than three or four days at a time. We are a company of innovation. As a result, we kept our entire team employed and continue to interact and stay engaged with our clients and collectors.
How can local customers support you now and in the future?
Happiness is our business. Even in these trying times, you celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, and Mother's Day. We are available to provide that meaningful gift wrapped and delivered to your door. For your convenience, we are offering free home delivery or free shipping.
Do you have any words of encouragement for your community?
It is during times like these that community comes together. When we grew up in Andover, it was a town of less than 11,000 people. We have watched Andover more than triple in size, all the while maintaining its small hometown feel. Together we will survive.
Are you offering any special services, promotions or hours during this time?
We are virtually open now. We can be reached at 978-475-3330 or Office@RoyalJewelers.com. Updates can be viewed on our website. A portion of all purchases through May 5 will benefit the Lawrence Boys and Girls Club.
Are there any other outstanding businesses in town you think deserve some community support?
Yes, every business, restaurant and service provider in Andover will only survive if you support us. We are all here for you. We need you to be here for us.
