Dear APS families, faculty, and staff,  

It is my honor and privilege to be your superintendent. I come to you with over 20 years of experience as an educator. I have served in various positions from classroom teacher to superintendent. I look forward to learning from you and alongside you as we navigate teaching and learning during a pandemic. The APS community has much to be proud of and I am excited to be a part of this community.

I am humbled by your steadfast efforts and dedication to equity and excellence for all APS students and the community. It is my hope that we can continue to build on Andover’s academic success while accelerating growth and innovation for all students.

During my first 100 days, I will be familiarizing myself with all aspects of the Andover school community with a focus on achievement through a commitment to equity, engagement, and support as we address almost two years of interrupted learning for our students. 

Very soon, I will be scheduling office hours to provide us the opportunity to meet. I look forward to hearing about your experiences in the district and what makes Andover special to you. I firmly believe in servant leadership and believe that my role is to provide support systems to promote higher learning for our students and staff. 

Thank you for your leadership and commitment to Andover, together we will continue to develop the genius in every child and create life-long learners.
